Renting rules in Western Australia

  • The landlord inspects and completes the official Property Condition Report (Form 1) before you move in.
  • You get two copies within 7 days of moving in, and return one within 7 days of receiving it.
  • At move-out the landlord completes a new report and gives you a copy within 14 days.
